How to switch into a user's account

Switching into a user's account lets you view your website as that user. This is helpful if you'd like to make subscription changes for the user so prorating occurs properly.

1) Go to Restrict -> Memberships

2) Find the membership/customer you'd like to switch into and select "Edit Customer"

3) Next, you want to select "Switch into User"

4) Now you will be able to manage this user's account as though you were them. Select "My Account" to upgrade or downgrade plans.

5) When you are finished, select "Switch back to..." in the bottom left hand corner to return to your admin account.
